Some of you may have experienced trouble accessing allnurses.com. I want to offer my apologies and my deepest appreciation for your patience.
Around 2:40 EST, we were alerted that our Extended SSL certificate had expired. Two hours later, we uploaded a temporary SSL certificate until our Extended certificates are renewed.
When an SSL certificate expires browsers are instructed not to load the webpage. It does this for security reasons. It's not sure that the webpage you are calling is coming from where it says its coming from.
We have systems in place to do this automatically but that didn't work out so well. ? (The last check we did was Feb 12th, 2021. It was confirmed that everything would renew.)
Moving forward, we will add another step to this process and manually check 1 week before expiration of SSL certificate and get it renewed before certificate expires.
Thank you for understanding.

The day that happened I thought it was funny that one browser wouldn't let me go to the site but another browser did. Of course, the browser that allowed me is the one that I am unable to log in on lately. The cats are looking for mice I guess!
