I'm seriously struggling with LS1! I am sooo not good with heart and respiratory system, never was! Bring on Psych any day or nervous system or whatever...ugghhhhh....I've rescheduled this for the last time though...taking it the 27th now instead of the 23rd...good thing too cause i got a 57% on the practice exam...sigh...holding off taking the last one til thursday evening or friday morning...i cant push this off much longer either cause LS2 is scheduled for Dec 13, and LS3 is scheduled for Dec 29. Due to my grant i can't take either one any later than Dec 31st...plus i have Micro in Jan...ewww....I'm just really stressing, wanted to vent, now that my little pity party is over with i guess i'll hit the books for another hour before i turn in for the night!
Sorry just now getting online tonight! Been a busy day!! I PASSED LS1 with a C...it was pretty tough but the thing that saved me was abnormal cell growth! i had a super high percentage on that part and low in cardio which balanced it out i think! =) thanks for the support you all...on to LS2....
Congrats, girl!! :) :) :) Understand the burnout, too ... but you'll be done before you know it!

Definately hearing alot of feedback that these LS exams are tougher! I think I am going to tackle them after I finish Repo and leave Transitions for last. I want to get the slippery slope over with asap, lol!! For the usual questions: What did you you for study aides? Were the practice exams just as helpful as the others? I am using Lisa's notes for Repo now, they seem a little more on target than they were on Chronicity. Did you need to buy additional text books for LS1? One of the counselors told me that more books were needed for the LS exams which irritates me because I thought most of my books were purchased. I really don't want to waste more $$ on having to buy a new Med/Surg book either but they said that was a "must"....GOOD LUCK on LS2!!
Loops- for each exam the recommended textbooks are listed in the free content guides...i always go back an edition or two previous to save money.
WestPalm- Chrono I pretty much onlly used the Chancellors study guide and cd that i found on ebay...i've been trying to sell it on Facebook for the past couple of weeks..lol i used the chronic illness text a little bit too, wasn't so bad!
Tracey- let me know how LS3 is...i haven't even looked at that content guide...i keep hearing 2 and 3 are both hard...i like psych so i'll stick with LS2 first..lol
Thanks Lunah!
Oh and i just keep telling myself, ONLY TWO more NSG exams and THREE geneds and i can be in the downward slide (or uphill battle) of the FCCA and CPNE...the end draws near and near...
