September/October 2016 CPNRE

For those who took the exam in Sept and Oct, how did you feel about writing the exam?

Found it extremely difficult to choose between the two most probable choices in the questions. Have written the nclex-RN in the past, and I think that my nclex-RN exam was much easier than the CPNRE i wrote last month. Ridiculous!

Wrote on October 11th. I felt like it was ok, but as time goes by I am second guessing myself! Really anxious for the results so that I can start working. Most jobs in my area wont accept temp licenses :/

Wrote on Oct 12th. Youre not the only one. The exam was fair. It was combined with both easy and difficult questions. I walked out of the room feeling kinda confident but still hoping it was enough to pass. The more I think about it, the more I second guess myself aswell. I just want the results already!!!:cry::cry:

Sorry to hear that. I also found myself choosing between 2 probable choices in most of the questions. Tried to figure out the rationale for both choices but I panicked and that made it worst. I skipped probably 50+ questions and then went back to it at the end.

Hi,

i wrote the exam on october 11 and found is challenging. I am eagerly waiting for my result because i just want to pass.

I wrote on Oct 12th and found the it to be fair, no surprises, just what we learned in school. That being said, I think I am going to fail! I rushed through most of the questions because I wasted my time on the med cal questions and case studies. It is 50/50 for me!

hello,

when i wrote the cpnre, we had very simple direct calculations. the calculations were a breeze but some pharm direct knowledge based questions were where i had trouble.

Yea im not a fan of math, especially when calculators werent provided. We were always given calculators at school.

That is interesting . In my college we were never allowed to use calculator from the start.. Some calculations require more time if no calculators are provided but during Cpnre it was straight forward for me . I wrote my exams on October 11 . Calculations were the easiest for me . Maybe I got easier calculations than what you are mentioning but I hope we all pass .

I felt okay during the exam but the more I think about it the more I think I picked the wrong answer since so many were so similar. There were also some terms I was unfamiliar with so that threw me off. Guess I'll just have to wait and see

The struggle was real.
