September/October 2016 CPNRE

For those who took the exam in Sept and Oct, how did you feel about writing the exam?

Congrats :) how did you find the exam?

I was 50/50 wasn't quite sure how I felt walking out! Some badly worded questions! Others were better!

Congrats! I felt the same way when I wrote my exam. Still waiting on my result. Hopefully I pass too.

Thanks!!!

Apparently they mailed out those that wrote between Sept 26th and Oct 9th :-) so if you're in that group should be any day!!

Hi all.

I did my cprne on October 19 and got my PASS in the mail today. So so so relieved and happy happy. I'm in northern ontario. .....good luck all.

Yeyy congrats I did mine on sept. 26 and passed got results last week í ½í¸€í ½í¸€í ½í¸‡ glory be to God.

For those wondering about my resources it was just my program materials, saunders for PN very helpful and thw online questions were like sooo goood with rationales, and thw CPNRE exam prep guide (book) and I did the predictor test and got 85-90% probability of passing that predictor is good that it assess your knowledge of how you're able yo answer questions and what type of questions you're able to answer and where you need to focus.

I also find CPNRE extremely hard compared to NCLEX type questions. Two probable correct answers that you spend so much time in answering, but still you get it wrong.

Found it extremely difficult to choose between the two most probable choices in the questions. Have written the nclex-RN in the past, and I think that my nclex-RN exam was much easier than the CPNRE i wrote last month. Ridiculous!

I think it is more difficult than NCLEX-PN type questions. I just skipped some of those case scenario questions and tried to answer them again when I still had the time.

I guess that's good practice for us RPN who will be taking bridging program to RN. For me I found the last 50 questions very hard but the start I knew the answers right off. But @ the end of the exam I totally felt like I failed.
