  1. Not sure if it was out of 160 or 170. But I heard they changing the exam format similar to RN exam this year. So it may be different amount of questions.
  2. It really depends on the questions they give you. Some of my friends had different questions. If you're weak on certain areas like pharm, you should probably focus on that until you feel confident.
  3. Practice all the PREP GUIDES as much as you can EVERYDAY. The ASI questions are also good. Try to understand the RATIONALES including the wrong answers. As for textbooks like Saunders, Kaplan etc. - only refer to them when you really don't understand something. Practice calculations manually (no calculators). Ps. Passed the exam on October 2016. I only practice the prep guides, ASI, and whatever practice questions I can find online. Good luck!
  4. I wrote on the Oct 12th. Didnt get my result yet in brampton.
  5. Congrats! I felt the same way when I wrote my exam. Still waiting on my result. Hopefully I pass too.
  6. Congrats! How long did it take you to wait for your result? Still waiting on mine.
  7. Yea im not a fan of math, especially when calculators werent provided. We were always given calculators at school.
  8. Sorry to hear that. I also found myself choosing between 2 probable choices in most of the questions. Tried to figure out the rationale for both choices but I panicked and that made it worst. I skipped probably 50+ questions and then went back to it at the end.
  9. Wrote on Oct 12th. Youre not the only one. The exam was fair. It was combined with both easy and difficult questions. I walked out of the room feeling kinda confident but still hoping it was enough to pass. The more I think about it, the more I second guess myself aswell. I just want the results already!!!
  10. For those who took the exam in Sept and Oct, how did you feel about writing the exam?
  11. Yes, but how do they come up with the passing score? Is it based on the average score for all those who wrote the exam across Canada?
  12. Do you know how they determine the passing grade?
