Hi everyone! I'm Lori. I started Aug. 2 at Galen in San Antonio. I'm in the evening program so it will take 21 months but with 5 kids it was the best option for me.

Congrats to the class of 2011!

I'm Rod an i will attend the Brooklyn Adult Learning Center in Nyc. My program starts on September 14 and ends in June 2011. Lets do this!!!:yeah:

i'll be starting my LPN program in september (only three weeks away!) at Ulster County BOCES in upstate New York. Can't wait!

Hello all, and congrats!

I'll be attending Middlesex County Vocational School in Piscataway, NJ starting September 7th. I chose the part time, 20 month evening program, as I intend to keep my full time day job (changing careers). I can't wait- I'm chomping at the bit to start classes already!

Best of luck to all! :yeah:

Specializes in Complex pedi to LTC/SA & now a manager.

I start Sept 7th in the county vocational LPN program. It's a tough program with a high NCLEX pass rate.

I'm cautiously optimistic and excited. It seems like it went so fast from application, to entrance exam, background check, drug test, financial aid, and registration. I took my CPR this past week and passed with flying colors (I used to be an instructor and though the ratios changed, I was able to adapt!)

My 8 yo is changing schools so he says that we'll both be starting new schools together.

Best of luck to all.

No, I'm not attending Middlesex. The school I'm attending is strictly full-time day program. (Evening and/or part time programs don't count for WIA/PIC grants)
