international campaign, online petition launches on national nurses
week
new york - at the end of an intensely emotional town hall meeting at
the philippine forum headquarters last sunday evening, individuals and groups officially kicked off national nurses week in the united states with vows to clear the 27 former sentosa-employed health workers, including one of their lawyers, atty. felix vinluan, from all criminal and civil charges filed against them by the former, officially
registered as sentosa care llc and its various health care facilities
in new york.

There are no temporary work permits, so that is not even a consideration. There are only 65,000 H1-B visas per year and if one does not have significant work experience then they do not qualify for one in the first place. US law states that the person it to be a specialist in their field. Working in a nursing home does not require specialist training of any type.
You either have passed the NCLEX exam and hold a license or one does not.
This thread is old and there is no reason to rehash any of what is here. Please use the thread that someone already started this am concerning Sentosa, no reason to have several going for the same company.
