For uploading immunizations onto complio do they accept immunization records on high school transcripts?

Yup they should with no problem

I also went to the health department and was able to have my full immunization records from Florida printed right away from there.

I put unknown and whoever looked over my documents filled out what they found fit (either n/a or Florida Health)

Hey y'all Im back with another question lol. Have you all done the Canvas Hospital Orientations? And if so how did you get access to the website? I know that we also use this site to schedule a fit test as well

I haven't done it yet because it's through canvas right? I'm a new student so I haven't gotten my canvas account set up yet and I can't do it until tomorrow since the college decided to do maintenance on those sites for spring break (so I can't access it).

But if it's something else then idk what to do lol
