Hurst Review says to treat it like a true or false question. Makes a lot of sense. But unfortunately I'm still getting them mostly wrong.
Is there a book out there that can help, for example, that provides more SATA questions?

I used many sources to study for my NCLEX, but Davis's Q&A 2010 Test Plan had way more SATA than any of the other NCLEX books and CD's I had. That was my favorite book, I found those questions to be most similar to the actual NCLEX.

You need to know the content covered by the question in order to be able to answer it, no matter what type of question.

I used Kaplan's NCLEX book and found that it really helped for the SATA questions. It also has great test taking strategies. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I used this book to practice, and finally passed NCLEX-RN on my 3rd try a few weeks ago.......
Strategies for Alternate Item Formats on the NCLEX-RN® Exam by Linda Anne Silvestri PhD RN
Very helpful, and easy to follow.........however, you must know your CONTENT.
Keep listening to Hurst and practicing, it will stick, if it was not for Hurst, I dont think I would have passed..........good luck
