If you're struggling to pass the NCLEX-RN, a nurse refresher course could potentially help, but they are typically designed more for nurses who are re-entering the workplace.

I did find one nursing refresher program in your area, Collin College, but the program requires an active Texas RN license as it includes clinical hours. 

However, there are many excellent online NCLEX review courses that specifically help with NCLEX preparation.

Additional Tips for NCLEX Preparation

•  Test-taking strategies. In addition to content review, focus on understanding how to approach NCLEX-style questions. Test-taking strategies like the process of elimination and prioritizing patient safety can make a big difference.
• This next is what I would do. Practice, practice, practice! Make use of practice exams and question banks. The more practice questions, the more familiar you'll become with the exam format. You will also have a very good idea of your chances of passing.
• Join study groups. Sometimes, studying with others in the same situation can help reduce stress and motivate you.

Facebook groups and forums. There are several NCLEX-specific groups where you can find support and advice from other nurses, including the NCLEX forum, as NRSKarenRN mentioned.
