We have to wear all white for NS starting in a couple of months. I keep hearing people say they like Cherokee brand, so I ordered a couple of pairs of pants and, yeppers, they're see through. I do have white underwear but I'm still disappointed the fabric isn't more substantial.
Anybody care to recommend other brands? Please tell me where you buy them online, and what kind of fabric you look for. Thanks!

We wear Landau scrubs for clinicals, and I haven't had any problems with them being see-through. I would recommend trying nude-colored undergarments. (Even under your Cherokee scrubs.) You'd be amazed at how invisible they are. (I had my doubts when someone told me that, but it's true!)

Barco makes thick scrubs sometimes.
And wearing nude undies instead of white really does make a huge difference.

I wore white Dickies pants (W Line) the first year of NS and they weren't too bad, as long as I wore beige-ish "nude" undies -- white (or colored) undies showed thru like crazy. The trick is to match the undies to your skin tone (that is, "nude" won't look very nude if you have dark brown skin).
I'm so happy I never have to wear white scrub pants again!
