This is a good chance for you to have YOUR questions answered about how things are run in the district. Nurse:Student ratios? Nurses per school? How are field trips handled? How/when are subs used (I know you are a sub so might know this already). Anything you thought about after the first interview?
They might want to know what you would do in/how you would handle certain situations. Likely just making sure you aren't a whack-job;) Good luck and keep us posted!

Hi! I have my second interview with the superintendent for a school nurse position and was wondering if you had any insight into what kind of questions i can expect?Thank you!
There's another post called "interview questions" that you might follow. You'll have your standard "what would you do if..." And anticipate either a mass casualty question or a prioritization question. My first interview I had to do a simple dosage calculation (insulin ratios).

Hey everyone!
I'm new to school nursing and I love it. I have subbed for 1 year in my district and recently went on an interview and did well. They called me back for a second interview with the superintendent. Can anyone tell me if they had a similar experience and what I can expect? I really would love to get the job in my district. Thanks!!
