Anyone waiting to hear back for the BSN transfer program at Seattle U to start Fall 2009?? I sure am...I'm going crazy!
I know we're not supposed to hear until April, but when I called to fix something on my application last month, I asked when to expect to hear back and she told me the beginning of March. I am driving myself crazy waiting for March!
Anyway, there are so many admissions topics on here, I figured I'd post one for SU.
Thanks! Seattle U is actually the only school I applied to this year- It is my first choice so I figured I would just focus on the application for Seattle U this year, and if I don't get in I will broaden my options for next year :) But good luck for PLU!! Ahh I am going crazy because of this!
So today after I talked to you earlier, I went to class and found out that a girl I have class with called and they told her she was admitted. When I talked to them last week they said they couldn't tell me over the phone.
What do you think this means?? That they weren't ready to tell everyone last week because admissions hadn't approved them yet? Or that they didn't want to be the bearer of bad news to me and tell me I didn't get in, but they were happy to be the bearer of GOOD news to my friend. Ahh what do you think? I am basically freaking out now.
That's SO weird. From what I understood, they're not supposed to tell you whether you're in or not on the phone. Don't worry too much! I'm SO anxious too - especially now that we're supposed to hear any day now. I'm honestly not optimistic about Seattle U after the whole admissions mishap, but yeah. Hang in there - we should know pretty soon!
Yeah, so I called today and before I told them my name, I asked if they would tell me if I got in or not, and he said no they can't tell me. So I'm not too worried- it's still a little odd but I guess the girl in my class just got really lucky with who she talked to on the phone.
Anyway, did you ever get in contact with anyone that could help you with that mishap?
I haven't heard anything yet either. I really don't think I'm in though - I'm pretty sure that the school made their decisions by the time I found out that my app wasn't forwarded to them. That said, I think they must have had more applicants, and it's just taking longer to let people know. Don't worry! I'm optimistic for you. :)
