I'm interested in applying to the APNI program at SU. I've been reading a lot of the forums from other years, and have found it's quite competitive! I would love to hear from other people, and their track. Or if someone is in the program and has any advice about what they like in an applicant. Thank you!
@mikaylam, I see so you just had to schedule outside the time they gave us (last saturday and the saturday before) because of, for whatever reason. So there is no news about other people who did not get interviews during the "first wave" getting a "Second wave" of invites to interview for this program
I was told by the faculties that interviewed me for the FNP specialty that majority of us will know by the end of February-early March. I also noticed from previous cohorts, the majority were notified around that time. Some even later depending on their position on the waiting list and specialty. We are two weeks away guys....have hope and keep busy.
Hi All! Just FYI, I interviewed for PMHNP Feb 9, and was offered a spot in the program a day ago. I declined as I'd already *just* accepted an offer elsewhere. So to those of you still waiting, don't give up hope as there is at least one more spot that just opened :)
Good luck everyone!
Congratulations on getting to your desired program! I hope we all get to know soon!! Waiting has made me so anxious!
Hi all! I'm from the area and I've been working on medicaid coverage of doula care in WA state, (and have quite the team working toward it). Unfortunately, I won't be able to continue as I move out of the state for my nurse-midwifery program.
If anyone is interested in taking over for me, PM me! Its really simple mostly, and has been very well received on my resume. Everyone else is the brains- I simply do scheduling, attend meetings, and send a couple of emails over a month. Send me a PM for more details! We have a meeting coming up this Monday if anyone can make it.
Thanks!

No problem! I was invited about a week or two ago.
