You weren't negative! I feel the same way now that I'm done. I do also think they were super nice but it was nerve racking & now that I'm done I feel like I rambled a lot & didn't make a whole lotta sense. I think there were a couple times when I kept talking & forgot what their question even was!!! Ahhh I'm ready for a glass of wine.

This literally made me laugh out loud. I'm relieved you felt the same way - rambling is a great word for what I was doing haha

Hi lofo78! I haven't heard anything:/ I was told at the interview that they wouldn't be looking at making decisions until after all interviews were complete, which is on Feb. 22nd. So I hope we hear by the 1st of March. This wait is getting really stressful!

HI kgrl,

From what I gather from the FB groups, they haven't contacted anyone yet. In years past, it appears from older threads that some acceptance letters went out very quickly after the interviews started, but it does not seem to be the case this year. I agree, the wait is getting very very stressful. But I guess, for me, some of that is because I suspect we will know the first selections with in a week (fingers crossed) since tomorrow is the last day of interviewing. For which track did you apply?

One of the applicants from the FaceBook group had the application status page change this afternoon. Time to start once again obsessively checking. Good luck to everyone interviewing tomorrow and all of us over the next few days!

Hi kgrl. Are you part of the Facebook group? If not, search Seattle APNI Applicants. There is constant discussion going on there. It's creating quite a sense of community for hose of us that are actively participating!

Hi! I am new :) This feels like such a simple question, but does anyone know orientation and start dates? On the nursing calendar, there are two accepted student dates, but I didn't see anything else..

I think summer quarter starts June 23. No idea about orientation. The graduate student welcome event is June 20, but that's for the entire University, not just nursing.

I was told by the Associate Dean for Graduate Education "All programs will start with an orientation June 19th and 20th. Then, it’s off to the races!"
