Hello! I created this thread for those who are applying to nurse residency program in Seattle Childrens for the Feb 2021 start date. Good luck everyone!!

hello! has anyone gotten an email of their interview time I know they said end of day on Dec 4th in their interview invite email but have not heard yet..

Congratulations to all!! So exciting! May I ask, did those of you who were interviewed/offered positions have previous clinical experience in your desired specialty? Specifically interested in CICU but all feedback helps. Thanks!:)

Hey, I was offered a position in the NICU and that's where I had my practicum (at a different hospital). However I put PICU as my first choice (so maybe the fact that I had NICU experience got me the offer from the unit) but who knows!
