I just got an email for an interview! However I don't graduate until mid-december and on the email it says you should plan on taking the NCLEX by jan 1 but by the time paperwork and stuff is processed/ I get a date... I don't think I'll be able to take it in time ? I don't know what I should do

Congratulations! What unit?? And ya unfortunately you wouldn’t have your license by January 1st. I would still do the interview and explain your situation at the end, and maybe ask if a temporary license is accepted? Or if they could push that January 1st date back for you?

Ugh I know:( I was hoping they would make exceptions since COVID has been closing a lot of testing sites and stuff.... I did the critical care track with PICU and NICU as my top two! What about you?
