Hi everyone! I thought I'd start this thread since the Seattle Children's Feb New Grad Residency will be opening soon. I am a new grad from NorCal, where finding a job is quite literally impossible right now. I'm wondering how competitive this residency is? My dream is to start in the NICU. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

Has anyone heard anything today? It definitely seems a bit strange how long they are taking in comparison to other cohorts...

Hm maybe this time around they aren't doing as many as the previous cohorts? That would be my only guess tbh

Not to say this isn't a possibility, but if that were the case, wouldn't they have sent out rejection letters already?

I think a few people got one already, I haven't gotten anything yet.
