Hi everyone! I thought I'd start this thread since the Seattle Children's Feb New Grad Residency will be opening soon. I am a new grad from NorCal, where finding a job is quite literally impossible right now. I'm wondering how competitive this residency is? My dream is to start in the NICU. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!! Â

This could be true because I have not gotten a rejection yet

For the ones who haven't heard anything back yet, I was wondering what floors/units you applied to? I wonder if they are going based on floors or the process is just moving more slowÂ
I applied for NICU and Surgical, haven't heard anything back

If we haven't heard back anything yet is it safe to say we're out 😕Â
