Has anyone ever worked for Season Hospice in Dallas. I am wondering because they seem to have a lot of positions open. I know they are pretty large. Just accepted a position as on call nurse. It is 7 on 7 off and they think they may change it due to some nurses saying they get burned out... Any thoughts?

How can i apply for a hospice position as an lpn?
I think you can go to seasons hospice website and apply there. I know they are hiring for continuous care.

Working seven days in a row seems like it would be very difficult. Sure the seven days off would be nice, but................
Hey, did you sent your application online? Because i heard that when you send applications online you never get called :/ .. im new in these
I sent it online and it did take a while to get a call back.

I know some people that work for Seasons in another city and they seem to really like it. I work on-call for another company with the same schedule you have and I love it. I've been doing it for seven months now and I'm not even close to burning out. Since I'm off during the day, I get a lot done and I don't actually get called out every night. Weekends can be busy but it's totally worth it when I know I'll be completely off the next week. Good luck with your new position. )
7 on and 7 off can be a challenging but very fulfilling schedule...depends upon your lifestyle and mindset
I sent an online application , lets see what happens :/
