SDSU BSN Fall 2018

Hello everyone! Thought I would start a post/discussion for this year's Fall applicants... Please comment below if you are applying!! :) Let's support one another through this. :up:

I put I will take it this spring, but then I dropped it. The reason is that I call SDSU office of admission, and they said that my chemistry is not qualified for application. That's why I thought that I will not have any chances to get into SDSU.

I just found out I got in! YAY!!! I haven't received an email yet either. I honestly did not expect to see that when I logged into the Web Portal - I was really just checking out of habit! Congrats to everyone :)

If we got an e-mail just today or yesterday saying, "congratulations! you have been admitted to san diego state university for all 2018. you are among a very select group of transfer students receiving admission to the school of nursing at sdsu.", does that mean we have been accepted to the nursing program? just wondering because I only have 64 points. I really didn't think I would get in.

Congrats! I received the same email. I think that we are admitted officially.

Anyone else's portal still says nursing premajor but the email said that you received admission to the School of Nursing?

From what I have read in the older forums, it is normal.

Mine is still pending as well...Anyone have any idea what this means?? Did acceptances go out all at once?? agh

I do believe they all went out at once. If your portal says pending then you are probably on the alternate list and will be notified if you're admitted once people start accepting/declining the offer when other schools start rolling out acceptances

This means you are probably on the waitlist! Just call and ask them, they should tell you what place you are on the list.
