2024 SCVMC New Grad/Clinical Nurse I

I wanted to start a thread for 2024. I've only seen from previous years. So we can all know how it is all progressing. 

 

I applied for all 3 Clinical Nurse I. 

 

So far I've received two emails one

04/9/24 Progressive Care: email said I was a finalist but no ranking. Supposedly this is better than receiving a rank. 

 

04/10/24 Critical Care: I actually received a rank and a score.

I just called SCVMC employment department. The rep confirmed there is an interview event tomorrow at VMC and people should have gotten an invite to go already. 😞 I don't think its a walk in situation. 😕

If you look at the bottom of job details there's a number to call. 

And they ended up taking walk in. It's really unfair .

Hello everyone!  Did anyone happen to keep the RNPA pay scale flyer included in their gift bag from the interview event on 7/9/24?

The ED was hosting interviews the day of the job fair. 

Has anyone heard back from any of the ICU departments? It's been a week since the job fair, they didn't say when we would hear back, just said it was one interview only.

Payrates effective 6/24/2024

Benefited Clinical Nurse I = $70.319 and after 6 months step 2 $73.834

Extra help Clinical Nurse I = $65.432

Payrates effective 10/28/2024

Benefited Clinical Nurse I = $72.780 and after 6 months step 2 $76.418

Extra help Clinical Nurse I = $67.712

Hi! I also interviewed during the job fair for some of the ICUs and have also not heard back yet :((.

Hi! They did not, they just told me that they would notify me if I got it 🙃

I am a new grad!
