I bought some scrubs from Lydiasuniforms.com. The pants, I'm not sure what brand they are, Cherokee I think? (the logo is a tiny triangle).
Well, i bought a size large. NO, i didn't check the sizing chart. I am 5'2 and around 170 pounds. I need a size large. Well, the size large pants are so big in the waist that they fall down my hips! I had to grab up a handful of the waistline and tie it up with a hairband to keep them up (no real drawstring).
We won't even get into the fact that I am way too short to be a nurse, too, according to these uniforms. They are "regular" length (didn't have petite) and and I hemmed em up 2 inches and they still are too long.
LOL. Check those size charts.
I am not that tall only 5'4" but I like a 32 inseam. My "regular" length pants are too short. I wear 3XL so I guess I'm also supposed to be short if I wear that large a size , at least by the manufacturer sizes. Any one notice the fabric shrinks up?
I started buying mens pants, they are a lot longer. Some things you can't find in the uniform stores you can find on line. I like Landau, sizing fits in with my regular clothes and the fabric is softer than some companies.

I normally wear a Large in everyday clothes. (size 12-14ish)
I routinely grab mediums in uniform shops, just hold the pants up to make sure they are long enough (long inseam also on me).
But I have found that uniform sizes seem to run a size too big.
