SCRIPPS New Grad RN Residency (August/October 2022)

Hi everyone!!

Just wanted to start a thread. I applied to SCRIPPS new grad RN program. Wanting to see if anyone has applied? 

I was wondering if anyone has heard anything after their live interview and how long do they usually let you know about their decision? also, do they call you or email you?

I am still yet to hear back from Mercy after I got the email forwarding my app to the hiring manager. I also did not get a self-identify email today.

Does anyone know if they are doing October interviews now? Or is it just august starts?

I graduate in August so I clarified with them, and they said I was interviewing for October

The word is Mercy San Diego already selected all their new grads for this cycle. If you didn’t get an interview you probably won’t be getting one unfortunately.

@CharHobs Do you know if they’re done sending out offers? I completed my live interview with them on 05/16 but haven’t heard back since.

No idea, it just sounds like the live interview portion is over for Mercy specifically. I’m not sure if they still have offers to send out though. Sorry.

I interviewed for Mercy SD surgical/ortho floor on the 19th and got an offer yesterday evening, so I wouldn't be surprised if they still have more offers to send out!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! If you don’t mind me asking, did they email you or call you? Or do they update the application online?

Thank you! They emailed me and then called me a few minutes later. My application still says job closed.

Did anyone apply specifically for October? Or were y'all applying for August or either? And did you hear anything back?
