Scripps New Grad May/August 2018

Published

I applied on Monday when it first opened. Just wanted to see how everyone else is doing with their application :geek: so far my status says it's been received.

Hi! I will also be on the Tele/DOU in August! Are you guys at Mercy SD, too?

Congrats! I'll be starting there in May

for those that have offers, all you've gotten was the self-identify email, right?

I had an e-mail last week saying that in the next week or two I'd get an e-mail with my official offer. I did get an initial e-mail with an offer that listed the unit and pay rate. I just got the e-mail to self identify a couple days ago and that's it-still waiting on the official offer.

My offer was for LJ too and I've only received the self-identify email as well so you're prob right that they are going by hospital.

Ennanurse, I'm at Scripps Mercy San in Hillcrest.

i still haven't heard anything as of right now. did anyone else get a call?

Nope nothing yet!

Did anyone else get an e-mail from Scripps asking you to fill out a work history form? It said congrats, your application has been reviewed for further consideration and meets the minimum qualifications. Then it also says, please note that while you are moving forward in the recruitment process, it does not mean you have been selected for the position.

I'm confused b/c I've already gotten an initial e-mail saying that I was selected for the Scripps New Grad Residency Program and an e-mail to self identify. I'm not sure what to think now?!

i haven't gotten anything since the self identify email D: I'm sure that email doesn't mean anything though and it's just another step in the background check! I'm really tempted to call them and ask what's happening but I think they'll just say to be patient.

I got all the same emails as you. The selected email, the self-identify email, and the work hiistory email. I left a voicemail with the person who sent the initial offer. We'll see what happens.

I got the same email today and it confused me too. I emailed them about it, but haven't heard back yet. It seems like these emails we're getting should have been sent out before our interviews. I filled it out and everything tho. I will let you know if they respond!

Ok-it sounds like this is the next step in the process, although if it were worded differently it wouldn't freak so many people out-haha! I thought maybe they changed their mind about me for some reason. Thanks guys for putting my mind at ease.
