I just submitted my app but haven't done the video interview yet

Yay exciting! What hospitals/floors did you pick?

The video interview is just 8 behavioral questions and they let you re-record as many times as you want!

Same hahaha. I applied to Encinitas and La Jolla! With oncology being my first choice and surgical floor my second! What about you?

Hi! Thank you so much for responding! So on towards the end, it allows me to upload optional attachments. Do you know if there is a limit to how many LOR we can submit? It seems pretty open to me since I don’t see any specifications. 
 

also, once I submit will I automatically be required to do a video interview?

I'm not sure what LOR stands for LOL, but I was able to submit all my documents I wanted to, it was about 8-10 but not sure if they limit you beyond that. If you are selected then you will receive a text & 2 emails immediately when you submit your application.

LOL, sorry, letter of recommendation. But okay great! I should be fine submitting what I have then. I wonder if depending on what locations you choose as your preference determine if you get an invite or not ? 

how did the on demand interview go? What questions did they ask?

I combined all my letter of recommendations into one document so it minimized how many I have to upload at once and they are able to just scroll through it. I'm honestly not sure about that as I'm sure I picked the same locations as last time but I did not get a text for the self-paced interview. Where will you be applying?

It took me a while to do the interview LOL even though it was 8 questions. They asked mostly behavioral questions.
