Scranton University CRNA 2017

Published

I'm starting this thread to see if anyone else has heard from Scranton University on their CRNA class of 2017 interview?

Have you heard anything? I'm still waiting as well. I know of 3 people who are accepted, and looks like two so far on this forum, so at most 19 slots remaining.

I interviewed today and everyone at Scranton was awesome! They said we should be hearing back within the next two weeks.

Good luck Sailorboy and Harambe! Let us know as soon as you hear back!

And Rachel, thank you for the advice! It's great to have an idea of what cities I should look for housing in. I'll probably pick your brain about areas again once I find specific apartments. I really appreciate it. It's kind of scary to move somewhere blindly. I was actually born in the suburbs of philly and still have some aunts and uncles in that area, but they're not really familiar with Scranton.

California's pretty great except for the drought. Haha. My parents and my siblings are still over there and I get to visit about twice a year.

Also, I couldn't find you on facebook. There's a lot of Rachel Sarah's. Haha. Mine is: Page Not Found | Facebook

Feel free to add me everyone! Just send me a message saying that you're from here though - so I know you're not a random robot add.

Interviewed yesterday, got accepted today! Can't wait to meet everyone and to start at Scranton. Such an amazing program and faculty!

Congratulations!!!! Did they call you?

I'm still so hopeful í ½í¸‘ I interviewed on November 3rd.

Congratulations zohhamaze, I'm afraid that doesn't bode well for the rest of us who interviewed before you and still haven't heard. Basia1, I believe you get an email stating that there is an update to your online application, which when you log in has an acceptance letter attached.

Congratulations zohhamaze that is amazing news!! So excited to meet you and everyone else! And good luck to everyone still waiting please keep us updated! Keeping my fingers crossed for you guys!

sailorboy17 and Basia1, Please do not worry! They will be sending out the rest of the decisions within the next 2 weeks. Be patient and trust the process! I will be keeping my fingers crossed for you guys and please feel free to ask whatever questions.

Congrats to all of you who have been accepted! I was also offered a spot on my interview date, so exciting ☺️ Although the deadline to decide seems a bit early, I have interviews scheduled after Dec 2nd...what to do?!

I would go with your gut! It was such an easy decision for me to confirm my spot at Scranton. It seems like a very well organized and supportive program that produces safe and competent CRNAS. I officially made my deposit as well and can't wait to start this fall!

I completely agree, by far the most organized and responsive program I've applied to. I was honored to be interviewed, nevermind accepted! I did get a really good, positive feeling during my visit..it's just tough because the place I'm waiting to interview at is in my city. I can't pass up this chance though, confirming my spot! Looking forward to joining you in the fall :)

Woo hoo!! Congratulations!! í ½í¸„
