Ok so what did your report from your previous NCLEX tries say were your weak areas?
My first try i got 75. I know in my mind that i failed because i didnt focus on my review. The 2nd try i got 265 and all are near passing. I thought i passed because i really focused on the content that time but unfortunately i failed.

Do you have the Kaplan course? Did you watch all of the videos? Especially helpful are the decision tree and NCLEX review videos that specifically teach you how to break down the questions. Go back and do all of the Kaplan stuff if you have it.
Im not yet done with the kaplan. I will attend the live review online this coming end of january.

Don't worry about the test scores. Just understand WHY they chose that answer. We get to caught up into scores we forget the real reason behind the questions - CONTENT & STRATEGY.
It is normal to be afraid but believe in yourself more. I remember thinking I failed NCLEX but in my heart, me passing was so much stronger and guess what...I passed!
Please have faith in yourself and think positive!
If you find yourself not knowing how to answer a question because you don't know content, then learn content.
If you find yourself KNOWING the content, but choosing the wrong answer, then take test taking strategies and relearn that content of why they chose that answer.
Also, try to relax at least once a week. Anxiety and fear will always be our nemesis but we ARE allowed to overcome it. You ARE a RN and once you start believing in that, there is nothing you can't do.
Good luck!

Review all of your rationales right or wrong. It helps with retaining content and go from there. It helps to see what areas you need more work on

took my nclex on Monday and passed my kaplan scores weren't the best! The key is knowing ur content! The more you do as in those Kap question is to learn how and what they are asking, you BUILD from each! YOUR GOAL is not to make awesome scores, but to gain from each wrong and know the why's! Listen keep your head up and never:no: give up! If you need help you can email me [email protected]. As hurst taught me from my very start as an LPN the key is knowing your content and everything else will fall in place! But have a balance of content knowledge as well as knowing how to answer you questions! Best wishing and keep swimming! Mercedes,RN
Thank you for your advise. I think my problem is my strategy to answer questions. Thats why im practicing more to answers questions. And i found out that Kaplan questions are very hard. I really appreciated your tips to me. I know in myself i can make it this time. And i have lots of confidence right now compared before. Thank you.
Keep at it! NEVER doubt yourself. Although I did during test and thought I had failed, my heart was yelling at me that I passed. You can do it! If you work hard, you will reap the benefits! GOOD LUCK!
Thank you for your advise. It gives me more confidence.
