I'm not sure anyone on here will know which schools have a wait list or not. My suggestion would be to look at all the nursing schools in your area and to call each one of them up and ask them that question. You want to get your information from the horse's mouth, not from us.

All the city college in San Diego have a waiting list, City college is 2-3 years, Southwestern 2-3years, and grossmont is 3-4 years. Your best bet if you want to spend the money is go to kaplan but you have to have some medical exp. 6 month min. You can do your ADN there not sure how it is but you can transfer to OU afterwards they have a ADN to BSN and they will take private college credit but you will have to do pre. before you can get in. Am in the same boat.

Don't go to Kaplan unless you have no other option. I'm a student there and I regret my decision everyday. It's a lot of money and the are extremely disorganized.
