haven't scheduled my exam yet because I don't know if I'm ready

Hi guyz Im Louise,graduated last March 2012 in the Philippines. I'm now eligible to take NCLEX and also got myATT but haven't scheduled my exam yet because I don't know if I'm ready to take the test or if I can afford to do Excell Review class.I'm so stressed out because I'm working M-F 8am-5pm and have lesser time to study than you guyz. I already finished reading SAunders (The yellow book) I believe last March and now bit by bit practicing PDA second edition. If its my lunchbreak I'll do some practicing of Kaplan Qtrainers which I only downloaded. Until now i feel so unprepared and it comes to a point that I dont wanna go out thinking that my time will be wasted and that I should stay at home and study!! Now I'm feeling stressed out. i really want to do review classes but the expense is too much :( If I'll do the review I'll be doing it in Las Vegas so it would be more expensive cuz of hotel,fare,food etc. Nothing will be left on my bank account. What to do now? Should I scheduled my exam now even though I feel so unprepared? I'ts valid until Sept.16 though. WHAT TO DO GUYZ PLEASE HELP ME I WANT TO PASS THIS VERY IMPORTANT TEST IN MY LIFE. This is not only for me but for my family most specially :(

Hi! Same as you, haven't schedule my ATT, but if your scoring above 60% in Kaplan you are ready to take nclex. So do it!!!

I'd say just go ahead and schedule it. The sooner you take it the better you'll do. It's already been a long while since you graduated, so I wouldn't let much more time elapse. If you can go ahead and schedule it soon, and then take off of work the week before the test, I think you'd have enough time to prepare since you've been keeping up with your material. I don't think anyone ever feels 100% ready to take NCLEX.

Yes, I think you should enroll in in the Kaplan qbank is you can afford it.

I have downloaded kaplan qtrainers 2010 you think thats enough? or qbank is better?

I think the qbank is better, but if you don't have time for it/don't want to buy it, I wouldn't worry too much. I also suggest PDA by Lacharity.

Im doing PDA right now and I know for a fact that its helping me alot Im on my Chapter 13 :)
