Anyone else submit their apps for SCC or ARC for fall 2021?I submitted my SCC packet last week and ARC the other day. I was hoping my online app status would change to received but it still says submitted

It's probably easier not to make a 300 + email long of specific rejection letters though. It would be easier to not give notification.
I use to mass produce custom letters for the school district I worked at; it's actually very easy to do. 500+ custom email could be sent with a few clicks. ? I honestly want to call them and teach them for everyone's sanity. LOL

LOL, yeah, they could, especially because they use the school emails. it shouldn't take too long to sort people into unqualified, missing docs, rejected.
But that's their choice I guess ?

That’s what I was thinking. The lvn one didn’t even have my name on it.

I’m confused though because SCC did send out rejections for the LVN so I wonder why they wouldn’t for RN? My status didn’t change from received for LVN even after not selected ??♀️ My fingers are still crossed for both!
that is what is so confusing and unsettling to me. Why don't they change the status or do things consistently?

I know, it does suck, but every program can do it how they want. ARC supposedly uses the status updates though, so that's probably why it's up there. I think SSC website explains more how they do it, so the information is available.

Still, totally frustrating. I was still hopful I would get into sierra college a couple weeks ago until I realized people got accepted the 2nd week of March. LOL
They are two different programs, so they can do things differently. But it does say on the RN website you won't be notified if you aren't picked.
I wish mine would change to qualified ?
Must feel good! LOL
