my nclex is scheduled for this thursday and although i feel like i've been doing nothing but studying, i still can't help but feel scared.
if any of you have any tips that helped you, please share.
i'd appreciate anything that works!
thanks!!
It's normal to be nervous. Just remember that the NCLEX is a basic, entry-level nursing exam, so it's pretty easy and straight forward. Best of luck to you.
I have to say inland....I disagree....it is neither easy nor straight forward. I think those that are preparing to the best of their ability are doing the right thing. I studied a total of 6-8 hours and frankly, still don't know which questions I got right and which ones I got wrong. But I finished with 75 and found out I passed. I'd say go with your gut feeling on answers and then move on and do what ever you have to do to relax before the exam and even more so AFTER the exam till you get your results.
I am so nervous to take the NCLEX also. I just rescheduled my exam, I probably shouldn't have..... I got my ATT on 1/27 and thought I would be ok to take it by Monday the 16th but now I feel like I need more time to study. New test date is March 4th. and I need help focusing on what to study. I am feeling overwhelmed and I have terrible test anxiety that is now getting the best of me Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Oh yeah, does anyone know.... Is Suzanne's plan doable in 2 weeks?
I just took mine today with my husband and best friend and it was horrible. I got 230 q, my hubby got 75 and my best friend got 120. I felt like I had no idea what they were asking. It goes to show that you can't judge if you passed or failed based on how many questions you get. If I did fail, I wouldn't even know what to study since I got such a variety of questions! I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya!
