Good question, how did she get hired? I think they may have to review their hiring policies. I recently got hired at a new hospital. I had a telephone interview, two face to face interviews, a background check, and a fingerprint check to name a few. I felt like I was applying for a job at the Pentagon. I did not understand the reasoning for a background check as well as fingerprint check. Maybe I do now.
