Hello all,

I'm surprised this thread hasn’t been posted yet! This thread is meant to connect with students who have applied to SBVC. The application period ended about a week ago now. Who is waiting on a reply??

Ok!! I hope we get in!!! How did you do on the HESI?

For the LVN-RN Bridge program they don’t let you test out anymore on which semester they will put you.. after the transition class which is 5-6 weeks they will automatically put you to second semester.. that’s what they said from last orientation for last semester

How did everybody do on the HESI? I thought it was on the easier side, not as bad as the TEAS. I got an 85% but the grammar and bio brought me down a lot.

I got an 83% the Vocab & grammar were my lowest topics. Science was my highest

I’m doing the regular ADN

Who else is doing the LVN-RN bridge? Those scores are great.. the biology and A& P got me good )); unfortunately I can only be placed on the LVN-RN bridge.. ));

Not unfortunate. You’re competing with significantly less people for the bridge. Whether you got between 83 and 91% on the HESI you’re getting the same amount of points towards your application. The point cut off for the bridge programs tends to be lower than the ADN applicant pool. So I’ve heard.

I’m just glad I was able to earn 35 points on my application
