SBVC spring 2020

Hello all,

I'm surprised this thread hasn’t been posted yet! This thread is meant to connect with students who have applied to SBVC. The application period ended about a week ago now. Who is waiting on a reply??

We will get in!!!! I’m crossing my fingers.. I Researched online what subjects are needed to be studied.. but I only studied for a day ? I RSVP’ed on the last day and they didn’t confirm that I will be taking the HESI till Monday afternoon. Robyn said they were fixing her computer.. do you know who else are doing the Bridge program?? Like how many are there?? ? I’m worried that half of the people that took the HESI and they only take 10 applicants ??‍♀️

In the check i didn’t see that many LVN to RN applicants, maybe like 12 at most. They had us sign in on a different sheet

I was wondering why I have to sign on the other sheet.. I thought because they sent me upstairs.. but now it makes sense.. there’s like 2 pages I believe.. I just hope *crossing my fingers*

The last time People are saying they got like 90s ??? and they got in.. I guess it just depends on who scored the highest and from there they base it if you get in or not.. does anyone know how many alternate they have??

I think the last 2 posts are referring total application points (GPA, HESI score, etc). You might be thinking about the HESI score. For example RCC’s cut off is around mid 70’s most semesters. I would assume it’s close to that.

I was trying to see this semesters point cut off & I think some got accepted in the 70s

Hopefully. If the cut off is in the 90s I'm screwed? so I'm guessing we're not gonna know by today??

It’s very likely we’ll know today. When I called they said hopefully by Friday. The day is young! Lol
