Saved money doing info. literacy through Penn Foster

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let ya'll know that if you haven't taken Information Literacy for excelsior yet..you can take it through Penn Foster College for $105, versus $355 at Excelsior. It's under ENG 103 with Penn Foster and very easy. I completed it in one afternoon.

You can register for the individual course online. I did it and got a B for the course.

Good to know I think I am going to do Info Lit this month while I am finishing up studying for Health/Safety and Transitions, and while I wait for my course/application review from EC. :)

I called Penn and told them I only wanted to take the info. lit. class and they signed me up over the phone. I was immediately able to get the material on line and tested that evening.

There are two tests which are open book. It was pretty easy.

No worries! I have an open tab to Penn Foster, on 'enroll' for the Info Lit.... just waiting for me to fill out the info and pay the $$$ Thanks! :)
