Hi everyone, I see that most people agree that Saunders is a great resource for the NCLEX RN, but does anyone know if the Saunders Q&A review has the same questions as the ones at the end of the review sections in the comprehensive book? I'm just debating buying ANOTHER book, but I have no hesitation if everyone agrees it's a must have. Thanks.:studyowl:

The Q and A book is just that, the Comprehensive Review is also an excellent review if you are preparing for the exam. Would not get both of them, just not needed.
And the focus should be on the rationales that come with each and every answer, not just the question. You need to understand what the exam is looking for in an answer.
I only recommend the Comprehensive Review. It is also an excellent source of information while you are in school and when you start your career.
My feeling is if there were not alot of new information in it, they would have not come out with a new edition, and just would have made it a revised edition of the original third edition.

Hi they are different. I have both comprehensive book and Q&A. Some questions are overlap but others are not.
