I was just wondering if anyone knew if the disc in the Saunders Comprehensive has different questions than the disc in the Saunders Q & A Review. They are both 4th edition. I just can't return after I open the disc and I don't want to risk them being the same. Thanks!

Believe I read where someone said they are the same.

I recommend having both a Q & A book and a content book. Different publishers is a good idea because they both write questions in a different style. I use Saunders for content, Kaplan for test strategies, Davis Q & A and Priority and Delegation for questions. Saunders, Davis and Kaplan all come with a CD-Rom for practice.

I bought both Saunders books (Comprehensive and Q&A) because I wanted to read the whole book before I answer the questions. It can help a lot to know which area you're weak. Then Q&A's for me to know how the strategies on how to answer each Q's. If you wanted to choose one, then choose comprehensive 'cause you can use it both: review and Q&A's.
