The only book I used was Saunder's, but I did as many practice questions as I could from many different sources on the internet and using the disc that came with the Saunder's book. I passed with 75 questions the first time out.

I'm planning to buy Saunder's book tomorrow and follow suzanne's plan as well :) I noticed there's a 3rd edition. Should I buy that one?
thats the one i purchased.. i think from reading suzannes other posts, it doenst matter what edition. i think the 2nd and 3rd are about the same.

Hello,
I used saunders for content review. When I went back after my test and looked up answers to questions that I remembered they all had those little triangles next to them. I think it is a good book. Still don't know if I passed(CA) but I am feeling optimistic. I actually wish that I had had this book during nursing school because it really gets to the meat of the theory. I thought that the questions were kind of easy though compared to NCLEX. Kaplan's were more like the real deal.
Good luck to you!

Ok, talking about the triangles at Saunders Comprehensive Review book those triangles means that there its a very important content to study, right? So its right just to read that triangle content or i suppose to read(study) the whole thing? Can someone help me understand this, please! Thanks in advance :)

If you follow suzanne4's plan, she suggests to read the whole chapter if you score 75% or lower on the chapter questions. Not just the triangle points.
If you score higher than 75% on the chapter's question, you go to the next chapter. Unless you feel that there are areas where you feel uncomfortable about, you can go back and study that area.
I hope that helps :)

I followed Suzzane's study guide to the dot. I am not going to deny that I was tempted to buy another book or take a review strategy, BUT it will only confuse you. Based on my experience, saunders will help you answer, analyze and make a scientific guess when your answering NCLEX...and suzanne's study guide will help you absorb more information. So the answer is a big YES!!! I passed using only Saunders and Suzzane's study guide.

Congrats!!!
i wouldnt "JUST" read the ones with the triangles on the side. i actually read the whole thing and for it to sink in even more i write my own little notes, for the ones that i have trouble with. those triangles are just helpful/important hints..
i just wanna thank everyone for replying...:blushkiss

Hi Echota,
I sometimes would get 60% lowest 50%.....is that normal? I feel at lost sometimes with Suzanne's plan. Am I alone with this?
