According to the Elsevier website, it's updated for the 2010 test plan. Kinda strange when the NCLEX-RN test plan was recently updated in April 2013.
Still the same test plan from the 2010, just raised the score bar for the 2013 update. I could be wrong. Maybe someone could shed a light here.
Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN® Examination @ amazon
I used the 5th edition Saunders (the yellow book) to study for the NCLEX-RN this summer...passed in first attempt with 75 questions. It's still valid. I would instead spend the money on the Silvestri alternate item question book (it's green, about $30) -because I got TONS of select-all-that-apply questions on the NCLEX-RN. This book was a great preparation tool!

Thank you for your advice. I felt wasting money if the new saunders book is same as the 5th ed. I might as well consider your advice. I don't have the question book (the green one) I'l go and check it out.. thanks ?
