Saunders book question

I have seen that there is a new edition for saunders comprehensive book for nclex-rn coming up.. I have the yellow one 5th ed. I was wondering if I should buy that book in October or stick with the book I am reading now?Any advice?

I think so. SATA is timeless...it's not so much about content as it is techniques for attacking this type of question.
