Hi Future Nurses, 

Starting a forum for the Fall 2021 cycle at Santa Ana College! I wanted to start this to keep in contact with each other and share any information during our application process. Best of luck to you all and I look forward to hearing from you!

I applied with 86.5 points if I counted correctly, and it did not include the Pharmacology I took at GWC.

I got a phone call a little while ago offering me a spot! Super happy. If anyone else is on the alt list don't give up yet ?

I was alternate #13 on the list and they offered me a spot today! I calculated 78 points on my application but I'm not sure if that was the accurate amount. I'm still waiting on LACC and GCC. I'm not from the OC but I thought I'd give it a shot. Good luck to you all!

Hi y'all ! Did anyone here in the OC area get their CNA certification as a way to obtain experience ? If so, what program would you recommend ? I'm nervous the experience I have as a health assistant will not give me the full points in the next application period. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated !

Hey! I’m getting my CNA certificate this Summer through Nurses Development Center in Cypress. I have a few friends who got their certificate there and they say it’s a good program! I’m doing the weekend one from 7/17 to 9/19 ?
