Oh man! That’s a confusing way to group alternates ?? I ended up declining my alternate position as I’ve been accepted into another ADN program. Good luck to you all!

Thank you very much for your response! I was accepted into SAC after being an alternate for about a month. I just got an email from LACC stating that I'm an alternate as well. I live in LA and I initially wanted to go to LACC (it's literally a mile away from me), but I made a spreadsheet stating the pros and cons of both schools but I'm still torn so I'm asking folks from both programs what their experiences are like. Although it's going to be a drive to get from LA to SAC, I wouldn't mind if I had very supportive professors. My other qualm is that LACC took so long to decide and I just want to get started with all the paperwork and physical forms and stuff that's why I'm sort of leaning towards SAC because I already know what they want LOL

How many spots are they supposed to fill up again? I heard 20 to 40 during orientation but I’m not too sure LOL

Hello everyone, I’m not sure where else to ask this question since I’m relatively new to the site but I just wanted to ask the students who have been accepted and attended the program how y’all like it so far. How are the profs ? How’s the pace of the program? Do you enjoy the program overall? How did you prepare ? I’m still waiting on two other ADN programs but I’m not too sure if I’ll get in since it’s lottery based so I may end up at SAC (which is not bad tbh) but ya I just wanted to know how your experiences have been so far. Thank you in advance!

I was alternate #13 on the list and they offered me a spot today! I calculated 78 points on my application but I'm not sure if that was the accurate amount. I'm still waiting on LACC and GCC. I'm not from the OC but I thought I'd give it a shot. Good luck to you all!
