Hey! You're here too haha. Based on Santa Ana's selection process, I think it means 45 students with the highest points were selected.
From SAC's first semester entry page:
"Proportionally, the students invited to enter First semester will be selected based on:
20% of available spots: Random selection of qualified applicants
75% of available spots: Highest points earned, based on the Multi-Criteria Grid. In the case of a tie in points, a lottery will be conducted. An additional 20 students will be selected as alternates.
5% of available spots: Re-entering students"
