I received my acceptance call just now but can someone give me an idea where they applied for loan and also is sallie Mae affordable if you have applied for it.

Do you accept on the spot or do you have to go through the loan approval first? I got approved for federal loans that are ready to go and I have to check for Sallie Mae. If I get the call I'm going to make an appointment with financial aid so she can walk me through Sallie Mae and hopefully it works out

I got approve for some federal loan but still have to pay for the remaining. They ask me if I want to apply for sallie Mae too.

Oh okay. I'm going to try to go through Sallie Mae because I have no other way to pay

They have you accept your seat on the call, then you set up an enrollment appointment to speak with financial aid. You can apply for federal loans on FAFSA, but I believe they only take Sallie Mae for private student loans!
