I'm getting ready to apply and just took my TEAS V. Didn't do as well as I would have liked. I'm a litle bummed and was wondering was some of the nursing students TEAS V and overall points were for this upcoming Fall 2013 year now that the lowered the number of students to 40.

I got into Samuel Merritt ELMSN-FNP program. My final goal is to become a NP, so that program will be ideal for me personally.

Has anyone verified exactly what documentation is suitable for the proof of fee waiver or pell grant? Can we just print email for payment notification or the page from fin aid website?

I was invited to submit my docs as well - HOORAY - as I did not get into to Stan or MJC..... I know that letters are to come out at the end of the month, but does anyone know how many people are asked to submit the additional docs vs how many spots there are? I have pending applications for two cohorts for the ABSN at Samuel Merritt, but Delta would be last shot at a local school.

I just read the copies of the inside covers info..... I did not do this nor did I know we needed to!!! YIKES!!!! My supporting document pages only indicated to provide course descriptions. Nothing further than that, so I did just that. Now my wheels are turning!!!!

Which school did you take your classes at? If the pages of your course description have the year on them, then according to the nursing department you are ok. I took my classes at MJC and they don't have the year on each page, so the receptionist told me I had to include the inside cover to indicate the year the description belongs too. Good luck!!

Mine didn't say to include copies of the inside covers, however after reading this forum I emailed them and they said to include the copies of the inside covers. This was confusing to me because it doesn't say to include copies of the inside covers ANYWHERE on my supporting documents instructions. I think it's not right if they hold that against you.

They are accepting 40 students.. but they have asked every person who applied to submit supporting docs. that's what the counselor said :/ Good luck :) anybody know the actual amount of people that applied this semester?

Previous semesters, I've heard it was usually between 600-800. All I can say is congrats to whomever gets excepted. It is a great accomplishment to be in the top 36 people out of so many who apply. Hopefully the remaining 4 lottery positions go to deserving candidates! :) good luck to you all!
