Got my invitation. Now I just have to hurry and get all that stuff together and sent in. I feel pretty good about my chances now but I live in Sacramento so I'm really hoping I can get in somewhere closer to home. I'll do the commute if I have to do though.

Because my friend last semester got a rejection letter and later got in as an alternate so u never know!!

Hey guys i'm new to allnurses. i applied to delta two weeks ago and i just got a invitation to submit supporting documentation... so does this mean i'm conditionally accepted??? or what's going on... is there still a chance that i wont make it into the program?? ;(( i already started telling people i got in and i dont want to look like a fool now.. =( someone please reply soon.

I know what you mean!! I don't want to say I'm in until "I'm in"!!! I think it's looking good though...just as long as your documentation is all there and accurate. I'm not sure if we can be selected as alternates or what? This is going to be a long month and a half

hey liz, i'm wondering the same thing. I'm wondering if even if we submit all accurate info, do we get selected as alternates if we don't rank high enough? or are alternates picked out of people who were rejected... i'm not sure.. i scored a 67.5 only.. =( i didnt do well on the TEAS because i didn't have the study material. i went in there blind basically.

Seems like a few of us have the same questions regardding submission of documents. when I read congratulations on the attachment...I thought I got in but it didn't say that. I guess we can only wait and see. This is gonna be the hard part....hang in there guys. Can't wait to meet u all

Hi Everyone,

The way I understand it is that the invitation to submit documents goes out to everyone who met the program pre-reqs. Then once the documents are submitted and verified they send out a final ranking letting you know if you were accepted, on the alternate list, or too low in the rankings. I applied last semester and was accepted but I had to turn down my spot due to a personal situation. Last semester the email requesting documents also included your preliminary ranking based on what you reported on your application...that was nice, it gave you an idea of where you stand. I don't know why they didn't do it this semester. Good luck everyone!! :)

Hi everyone,,,

I thought the invitation to submit documents went out to all the applicants with higher scores to get in,,,i have friends that completed all prereqs but got rejection letters because their scores were not high enough so they never got email to submit documents....i was told if you get invited to submit documents you are in (maybe as an alternate as well) unless you are disqualified with documentation.....unless Delta has changed the rules???
