hi Trishakay. i am frm Elk grove area. don't know what hospital though. my registration is like 23rd so i am scared stockton hospitals will fill up already.

Yeah my registration is the 22nd, and I am worried about the same thing as well. I was hoping that maybe people were driving from either Tracy or Modesto so they would choose those hospitals. I live right by Grant Line, so Elk Grove isn't too far. We could always car pool Thursdays though since we actually go to the college.

Anybody else from Sacramento that is looking to carpool? I know it would depend what hospital we each got into, but we could at least carpool on Thursdays for lecture.

Yes, I'm coming from Sacramento too and a carpool would probably be a good idea. I assume all of us Sac people are going to want the Stockton clinicals so hopefully we can get them. My registration date is on the 23rd so I'm afraid I'll be stuck with whatever nobody else wanted.

Hi everyone! I am on the waitlist and jw..has anyone heard back from their first choice programs and plan to decline their acceptance to Delta? Or heard of anyone who has or will? Thanks :)

Wow glad to see we have a bunch of people here from the sac and elk grove area, I live near kolhs on elk grove blvd. I plan to. Move out there in case my clinicals are in Tracy, I hope they aren't though :/

I mapquested all of the hospitals from my house and it said the furthest one was an hour and 20 minutes and the closest was an hour and 6 minutes. So I dont really think its going to matter in the long run for me, since it'll only be a 14 minute difference. Plus it'll only be for the first semester then we should all have a better registration date since we will have now taken classes from SJDC

Thats awesome! I dont register until next Tuesday so I won't know until then. I am hoping for any hospital in Stockton obviously, since I will be driving from Sacramento. Is anybody thinking about doing their clinicals on Friday & Saturday? The only reason I thought about it was because I thought the hospitals would be busier then, and would be able to see a lot of different things on those two days.

I thought about doing the Fri/Sat clinicals because it would be easier with my kids but I really don't want to give up my weekends for a whole semester if I don't have to!

I was wondering if anybdy got a confirmation email after submitting their decision. i think i accidently submitted it twice but i haven't really gotten anything except an email saying the date is this friday and not december. Also, I went to stockton the other day and OMG barely made it through one of the traffic light cameras. Seems like they are at almost every intersection near the school.

No I never got any email confirmation either so I called the office just to be sure!
