Have you submitted your application yet?

I had such a hard time applying to the college with CCCApply, but I finally got it squared away, and submitted my ADN application today! ?

I applied with 85 points.

@percykins

that’s a great amount of points, congrats! I haven’t submitted mine yet because I’m still waiting to receive an email about questions I had. I sent an email on march 1, march 7, march 17, and still no answer ? hopefully I get an email back this week and can submit my application!

@percykins

Thank you! I had questions too, I never got them answered so I just went for it, did the best I could. What questions did you have? Maybe I or someone on here can help you.

Thankfully, their application was actually pretty simple since we don't have to submit any of the supporting documentation until we are asked to.

Yeah, the application is pretty easy to navigate. I’m just afraid of making a small mistake and getting disqualified ?

I had 5 questions, but I’ll ask a few for now. My first question is, do we list course names as listed on our official transcript, or as listed on our college’s course catalog? For example, my calculus class is listed differently on the transcript vs the catalog, and I don’t wanna get disqualified since the names don’t match. My second question is, what do I list for “Place/Location TEAS was taken,” since I took my TEAS online. My third question is, when writing out degree name in Criteria 1A, do I have to include my major or can I just write “Bachelor of Science?”

And then I have 2 more specific, complicated questions which is why I’m anticipating the email before I submit ?

I had similar ?s.

I don't have official answers but here is what I did:

For the course name, mine was different on my transcripts than in the catalog. I put how it appears in my college's catalog.

When you go to ATI, My Results, Download Report, what does it say for institution? Mine said Modesto JC since that is where I took it. I put "BA in Communication Studies."

I looked at a thread from a previous application cycle and one person said that they called/emailed, and they were told to "enter the prerequisite course information exactly as it appears on your official transcripts." I might just end up calling them as well and see what they say ? I'll let you know if I get any answer haha

For institution, it says "ATI TEAS by ATI - Nursing" so I'll just put that!

Hey, so I called the health and fitness department and finally got an answer! We should list course names and degree name as listed exactly on our official transcript.

And I finally submitted my application. Good luck everyone! ?
