I had 5 questions, but I'll ask a few for now. My first question is, do we list course names as listed on our official transcript, or as listed on our college's course catalog? For example, my calculus class is listed differently on the transcript vs the catalog, and I don't wanna get disqualified since the names don't match. My second question is, what do I list for "Place/Location TEAS was taken,” since I took my TEAS online. My third question is, when writing out degree name in Criteria 1A, do I have to include my major or can I just write "Bachelor of Science?”

And then I have 2 more specific, complicated questions which is why I'm anticipating the email before I submit ?

Hi, I am wondering how you ended up listing your courses. Example: for Human Anatomy, would you list the course as BIOL 31??? Or write out "Human Anatomy."

I know we're supposed to receive an email with all that information, but I have two littles at home that I need to start setting up childcare for. I heard from a facebook group that they don't send out those emails for about 2-4 weeks after acceptance. 

Hello  I got accepted to the program this year fore Fall since your situation is similar to my situation where did you find a daycare for your little one ?I have 2 girls 11 month and 4 years ?
